Personal training sessions are tailored to meet your goals but some of the training to expect at BTS are...

1. Strength Cardio

You move from exercise to exercise with very little break with a mixture of traditional strength exercises. This will get your heart pounding

2. Hard Core

Focusing on the core using traditional and non traditional heart pounding movements.

3. GPP

A combination of body weight movements, encompassing strength, flexibility, power and endurance

4. Movement & Posture

We aim focus on correcting postural anomalies with impact movement patterns and vice versa. 90% of people should start here.

5. Just Strength

Just good old fashioned strength work with plenty of time to breathe

6. Let's Mix It Up

This session will keep you guessing from one exercise to the next. We aim to use a variety of movements and equipment
