Here at Beatty Training Station we believe in functional and purposeful training  with an aim to improve posture and movement dysfunctions that are commonly a result of our environment. 

We offer bespoke fitness where individual needs are met through tailored one-on-one personal training sessions or small group classes.

With our unique Queenax training rig we are able to use traditional and non-traditional movements and techniques to improve your strength, flexibility, cardio  and posture - weight loss is purely a natural bi-product of our type of type of training and philosophy so we don't ever need to focus on it.

 

Sample Sessions

You move from exercise to exercise with very little break with a mixture of traditional strength exercises. This will get your heart pounding

We aim focus on correcting postural anomalies with impact movement patterns and vice versa. 90% of people should start here.

Focusing on the core using traditional and non traditional movements.

Just good old fashioned strength work with plenty of time to breathe.

A combination of body weight movements, encompassing strength, flexibility, power and endurance.

This session will keep you guessing from one exercise to the next. We aim to use a variety of movements and equipment

  Focusing on the core using traditional and non traditional heart pounding movements to work core muscles you never knew you had

2. Queenax Express

Monday/Wednesday 5.30-6.00 Saturday 2.00-2.30

Queenax Express - Fast paced HIIT training (High Interval Intensive Training) using many different strength and cardio tools

3. Queenax Stopping all Stations

Tuesday/Thursday 5.30-6.15 Saturday 2.45-3.30

Queenax Stopping all Stations - This circuit class navigates you around the Queenax where you train through 8-10 different workout stations
